Physiotherapy for Carryduff Residents

Getting to the Root of the Problem

Treatment at Gav Noble Physiotherapy in Lisburn

Thorough, personal physiotherapy for people who want to fix the problem, not just mask it.

Carryduff sits neatly between Belfast, Lisburn and the County Down countryside, and many of its residents spend their days commuting, working at a desk and squeezing exercise in around family life. That combination often leads to sore backs, stiff necks and niggling injuries. At Gav Noble Physiotherapy, we help Carryduff patients get to the root of the problem so it stays fixed.

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy: Treat the Cause, Not Just the Symptom

Painkillers and rest might take the edge off, but they rarely solve the problem. Our physiotherapists look at how you sit, stand, move and train to find out why you are sore in the first place. Then we combine hands-on treatment with a clear exercise plan so you can recover and stay well.

It is the approach Gavin Noble has refined over more than 25 years in UK private healthcare, and it is shared by every member of our team.

Desk Work

Desk Work, Driving and Neck Pain

If you work from home, drive into Belfast or spend long hours on a laptop, you are not alone in feeling it in your neck and shoulders. We help with:

  • Stiff, aching necks and tension headaches
  • Tight shoulders and upper back pain
  • Pain or pins and needles into the arm
  • Postural strain from long periods of sitting

Back Pain That Keeps Returning

Recurring back pain is one of the main reasons Carryduff residents get in touch. As one of Northern Ireland's leading back pain clinics, we offer detailed spinal assessment, manual therapy and a progressive strengthening programme. Many patients go on to join our physiotherapist-led Pilates classes to keep their backs strong for the long term.
