We work with people of all ages, but many of our patients are aged 35 and over and want to remain active, independent and confident. Our team helps people recover from pain, return to sport, improve mobility and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

Client Care Specialist
Client Care Specialist
Our Client Care Specialists are often the first people our patients speak to, so this role is central to the patient experience.
You will help people feel welcome, listened to and supported from their first enquiry through to the end of their treatment journey.
The role may include:
- Answering telephone and online enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Welcoming patients into the clinic
- Taking payments and managing administration
- Supporting the physiotherapy and Pilates teams
- Helping with patient communication and follow-up
- Assisting with social media and clinic promotions
This role would suit someone who is warm, organised, confident and enjoys helping people. Experience in healthcare, reception, customer service or administration is helpful, but attitude and communication skills are equally important.
Physiotherapist Jobs
Physiotherapist Jobs
We are always interested in hearing from physiotherapists who want to develop their clinical skills while working in a supportive private practice environment.
Our physiotherapists treat a varied caseload, including:
- Back and neck pain
- Shoulder, hip and knee conditions
- Sports and running injuries
- Arthritis
- Tendon problems
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Balance and mobility difficulties
You will have the opportunity to provide evidence-based physiotherapy, hands-on treatment and personalised rehabilitation.
We want physiotherapists who enjoy building strong relationships with patients and helping them understand their condition—not simply treating symptoms.

Pilates Instructor Jobs
Our Pilates instructors help people build strength, mobility, balance and confidence in a welcoming and supportive setting.
You may teach small-group classes, beginner sessions or individual Pilates appointments.
This role would suit an instructor who:
- Creates a friendly and encouraging atmosphere
- Can adapt exercises for different abilities
- Enjoys working with adults aged 35 and over
- Understands the needs of people managing pain or stiffness
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Wants to help people remain active for life
Experience in clinical Pilates, rehabilitation or working alongside physiotherapists is particularly valuable.
Sports Therapist and Sports Rehabilitator Jobs
Sports Therapist and Sports Rehabilitator Jobs
Our Sports Therapists and Sports Rehabilitators help active people recover from injury, rebuild strength and return safely to exercise or sport.
The role may involve:
- Sports injury assessment
- Exercise rehabilitation
- Strength and conditioning
- Movement and running assessment
- Sports massage and soft tissue treatment
- Return-to-sport planning
- Injury-prevention programmes
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and confident creating progressive rehabilitation plans. You should enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and be committed to high standards of patient care.
