Physiotherapy for Hillsborough and Culcavy

Hillsborough

A Village Built for Being Outdoors

Treatment at Gav Noble Physiotherapy in Lisburn

Helping Hillsborough walkers, golfers and families stay active, pain free and independent.

Hillsborough is a village built for being outdoors. Laps of the lake in Hillsborough Forest Park, rounds of golf and weekend walks around the castle gardens are part of everyday life here. When pain gets in the way of that, Gav Noble Physiotherapy is ready to help, just a short drive up the A1 in Lisburn.

Staying Active

Physiotherapy Built Around Staying Active for Longer

Many of the people we see from Hillsborough are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. They are not ready to slow down, but stiff joints, a niggling back or a shoulder that will not lift properly is starting to limit them. Our focus is helping you stay strong and mobile for years to come, without depending on painkillers.

That might mean:

  • Easing arthritic knee pain so you can enjoy the forest park trails again
  • Treating a sore back that flares after gardening or long drives
  • Restoring movement to a stiff or painful shoulder so you can swing a golf club freely
  • Improving balance and confidence on your feet
  • Rebuilding strength before or after joint surgery
