Does Your Neck Or Shoulder Pain Hold You Back?

Do You Feel That Your Neck Or Shoulder Pain Stops You From Doing Gardening, Washing The Car, Housework, Playing With Children / Grandchildren, Doing The Shopping, Sitting At Your Desk, Or Even From Watching TV?

Do You Want To Get Back To Doing The Things You Love Doing?

Don’t Let Pain Dictate Your Day to Day Activities.
I put together this special report to help YOU. So, if you can answer YES to any of the questions above, we may just be able to help you. Please download the report and get started on your journey to better health.

If you’re suffering with DAILY, ANNOYING and NAGGING Pain in your Neck and Shoulder area, the first thing I want you to know is that I am familiar with your problem, ALL of your concerns are real and you ARE looking in the right place for a solution to end it fast.

Neck and shoulder pain is VERY serious and it is true that they often go hand in hand. The presence of one, often signals the arrival of the other in the not too distant future.

I’d like to make abundantly clear that I’m NOT like any of the other Physios out there and that most definitely includes the ones in the NHS. Let me distance myself from THEM immediately and know that mine is nothing like the advice you’ll ever be given by a GP – simply because I’m a Private Physio expertly trained and specialising in helping people like you with Neck and Shoulder Pain.

We WILL take the time to listen to you and I do want to hear all about what’s concerning you. I’ve been doing this for more than 20+ years and if you’re suffering with neck and shoulder pain… one of my goals is to offer you a solution that will let you avoid the need for harmful medication and I want you to be able to completely sidestep the GP and evade the frustration that option, so often causes.

Your suffering is going to end fast. I know exactly what causes this type of pain because I see it EVERY DAY…and despite an often lack of visible signs of damage or injury, that may be a source of confusion, I know what you’re suffering from is real and it is painful and that it should NOT be ignored. More importantly, that there is HOPE for a future that doesn’t involve you being woken up through the night by your nagging shoulder pain or the unwanted tension in your neck, interrupting your good quality of life.

And despite what anyone will tell you – this is unlikely to be anything to do with your age. And NOR do you just have to accept it. It’s sad, but true… but so many doctor’s fail to recognise the warning signs of Neck and Shoulder Pain and FAIL to act before “Nagging and Annoying”… turns SEVERE and PAINFUL.

This type of thing can get worse quick… and is sure to happen if it’s just masked with painkillers. And you won’t need me to remind you that life would be even more difficult if you’re suffering with the severe headaches and intense pain that so often comes along as a consequence of your real, underlying problem, being ignored.
And that’s why I want to offer you my help and expertise immediately, without any upfront payment and without delay.

Here’s Who I Can Help…

But please know that I am not able to help everyone. And that’s why I don’t just offer to work with anyone. But if you are aged 40-64+ and can say “YES” to any of the following, then you are right to be looking for solid advice and it’s very likely that I’m going to be able to help you in the way that you hope:
You’ve got tension and or pain in your neck and shoulder area that has been there for longer than 9 days.
Your sleep is disturbed by a tightness or tension in your shoulder that gets worse through the night.
You’re suffering from pain DAILY, are concerned and have no idea why it even happened (to you).
You spend a lot of time sitting – and that makes pain worse.
You’ve only been given painkillers by your GP… but you secretly know that this ISN’T the best option (or the one you want to take).
You’ve got headaches and or migraines that seem to be getting more intense or more frequent – or you’re worried about either coming back on.
And there are a number of ways I’m going to be able to help you.
If that’s you, then GREAT NEWS, because I have a proven Solution that works at ending Neck and Shoulder Pain (quickly and naturally).
Specialist “Hands-on” Physiotherapy involves us working on you in person, and by hand, using all of our BEST techniques to bring about a FAST end to the suffering and concerns you are experiencing. Manual Realignment of your neck and shoulder joints is VITAL and is the fastest and easiest way to end all this pain and it can often happen in days.
And don’t worry – it’s really easy and it’s simple to do.
It’s just one of the pain easing techniques that I use on a daily basis to help people like you and involves me doing plenty of nice Massage to release and relax tight muscles and gentle rocking of your joints, just to ease them back into the right place.
And if you’re aged 45+, I can absolutely GUARANTEE that when I combine all this, you are going feel a BIG difference and your pain will DROP quickly.

What People Are Saying About Gav Noble Physiotherapy

Fantastic physio! Don't hesitate... Just dial the number or send an email and you are on the right pass of recovery ! I've had a wrist injury for over an year and multiple visits to various Physios , X-rays and doctors , failed to help me getting better.
Gavin was very quick to fit me in his busy diary and a few sessions later I was already seeing improvements. It turned out that my wrist pain was coming from a shoulder injury .
I cannot thank Gavin enough for getting me out of pain and for all the tips and exercises to help me further .

'Before being referred by my doctor for Physiotherapy I had daily upper back and shoulder pain which had been getting progressively worse as the days and weeks went by. The Pain was severe and was starting to limit my ability to carry out some of my duties in the work place and at home. The pain was more severe in the mornings and at the beginning, eased off during the day but it started to remain severe for longer periods of the day. I was putting the pains down to my having rheumatoid arthritis and fibromylgia and thinking this is just the way it had to be and I was having to constantly increase my medication. I was not sure if physiotherapy would be any help but my doctors recommended it for me. Upon meeting Gavin at my first session he put me very much at ease and listened to what I had to say, he was able to ask the questions that got him an understanding of my problem to enable him to best treat the issues. He had also emailed me a questionnaire prior to the appointment. Gavin worked with my whole body to ascertain where the problems areas were and then concentrated on the areas that he felt would best help me. He also sent me exercises to do at home and attached videos to help to do these correctly which was very helpful. I felt a slight difference after the first session and as they continued the pain was reduced by 95% I am now able to return to the tasks I found difficult before Physio. I really enjoyed my sessions which were held in a friendly atmosphere and I was always made to feel at ease. I would recommend Gavin to anyone as a professional and competent physiotherapist and I would say to anyone don’t wait until to pain is unbearable. Act as soon as possible to limit any damage to your joints. It is really worth it.'

"A real good nights sleep with no pain. First exercises complete. Packing now for holidays. Thanks again"

Stanley Rutherdale

"I waited for about 8 months before coming to see Gavin. I was seeing a physiotherapist through Occupational Health. However my condition was becoming more debilitating and I was experiencing limited movement of my shoulder and significant pain over that time. My symptoms were difficult to cope with for approximately 2 months before seeing Gavin. Daily life was a struggle and my emotional wellbeing and independence were being compromised. I was limited in my independence with self-care skills and domestic functioning, restriction of occupational and recreational activities (such as swimming and driving) and restorative sleep. I had tried home exercise programmes, steroid injection into the shoulder and anti-inflammatory medication, none of which had worked. I have professional knowledge of what physiotherapy could achieve for clients who are debilitated but because I had tried it for a 4 month period with significant deterioration in symptoms I was beginning to think that surgery may have been the answer to my condition. Gavin’s professional manner and his desire to achieve the best outcome for me, the client. I would definitely recommend that you go as a matter of priority. If you are struggling don’t delay. The negative impact of pain on your whole wellbeing is not worth compromising."
