This report is for the person suffering from the scourge of back pain.
This type of “dull ache” or “sharp pain” and stiffness is curbing your progress to a healthier life. When you feel your only option is to stop what you’re doing completely, reach for the painkiller draw and wonder how long you’ll have to restrict your enjoyment of life….. is not the lifestyle you want to lead.
You must remember, that all those painkillers are not good for your stomach and the long periods of rest you’ve been told about, will not be doing you much good either.
Over the last 20 years I’ve been working on daily basis to help people aged 35+ find relief from acute AND chronic back pain – The mixture of painkillers along with rest will do absolutely nothing to get to the root cause of most types of chronic back pain… no matter what your GP says!
I’ve written and published a special report that details the 7 things ANY person aged 35+ can do to relieve back ache or pain, naturally… and I want you to have it at no charge.
What People Are Saying About Gav Noble Physiotherapy
"Gavin is amazing. After 5 surgeries and sepsis in my spine, I did not think I would ever be the same again. I have been seeing Gavin for a few months now and have also been taking his Pilates classes. I can truly say that my strength and mobility have never been better and I am virtually pain free. Thank you Gav."

"Had a very positive first experience! Had a lot of tightness mainly within my back which was eased a lot with deep tissue massage. Also experienced the muscle activation techniques for the first time and thought it was incredibly useful. Chris was able to activate muscles that weren’t firing and give some good advice on how to activate them myself before I train and it’s helped a lot! will be back and recommending to others!"
"I have been troubled with back pain for some considerable time, but was always able one way or another to sort it out. On this latest occasion however, using a multiple of rubs, lotions, heat pads and ice packs, these gave only a temporary relief. It had reached the point that my limitations were being thoroughly exposed. I had trouble standing, sitting, walking and even driving as this caused me considerable pain. I had difficulty performing necessary chores in the garden, one of my favourite past times, it was affecting my sleeping pattern no end and I found that everything was getting me down. I was only getting approximately 2-3 hours sleep maximum a night before being awakened by the pain. My wife made up a bed downstairs on the sofa, and without contradiction this was where I ended up every night walking about and lying down trying to get a few hours sleep. It was while I was on the internet that I noticed Gavin's website and so I gave him a call. This was the best decision I have made in a very long time. Gavin agreed to fit me in that night at 9.30pm which was very much appreciated considering it was late at night. With some work on the overall affected area, I began to loosen up and with the various stretches he performed on me I can say that I felt an awful lot better afterwards. Gavin then prepared a programme of exercises for me to follow and with a few follow up sessions and a few added exercises I have now been able to introduce myself to an exercise regime that would have been totally impossible before visiting Gavin. Without any hesitation I would recommend Gavin's clinic to anybody, with his in depth knowledge and his ability to communicate with the patient on their level means everything. You can be assured that if required, the aftercare is there. A very big thank you to Gavin for all your help!"
