Chartered Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports injury rehabilitation. Since completing my MSc in Physiotherapy in 2015, I’ve worked extensively across clinical and sporting environments, gaining in-depth experience in treating back and neck pain, sports injuries, and joint, muscle, and ligament conditions.

I began my career with NHS Lothian in Edinburgh, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based physiotherapy. I now practice as a Lead Specialist Physiotherapist at Gav Noble Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, where I continue to help people recover from injury and return to full function.

In addition to my clinic work, I serve as a Physiotherapist for RBAI (Royal Belfast Academical Institution) and the Lead Physiotherapist for Instonians RFC. I have a deep passion for sport and am committed to delivering the highest standard of care to athletes and active individuals of all levels.
